Shipping policy

Order processing

• We ship from UK
• We process orders within 1-2 business days.
• Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your SPAM filter or contact us for confirmation.
• If you need any assistance with your order, please contact immediately at support@nightblazr.com. Will will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.
• Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Shipping times

UK orders will be sent via DPD standard delivery 2-4 days and require a signature on receipt. 


Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@nightblazr.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
